In this unique role, you will manage inventory flow and assist with service writing duties. Your contributions will include scheduling, customer communication, and ensuring accurate work orders that keep operations running smoothly. Take initiative in supporting both the Parts and Service Departments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory through effective purchasing and receiving
• Assist customers with inquiries and sales in the Parts Department
• Provide backup support to the Parts Manager
• Help coordinate scheduling and service operations
• Conduct quality checks on completed work orders
Requirements:
• Experience in a parts department or as a service advisor
• Demonstrated multitasking skills across roles
• Strong communication skills for clear work order translations
• Computer software proficiency
• Ability to articulate technical details clearly
