Become a Full-Time Virtual Customer Service Agent at Merit Medical. Drive customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and managing product orders effectively.
In this full-time role, you'll attend to customer calls, process orders, and resolve any issues that arise. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in customer service, alongside solid computer skills, especially in MS Office. Your efforts will help maintain high service standards and support Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls regarding product orders
• Troubleshoot customer concerns effectively
• Track orders and shipments for customers
• Accurately enter different types of orders
• Liaise with internal teams to meet deadlines
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• At least two years customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
