Serve as the Front Desk Administrative Support Specialist, focusing on guest reservations and ensuring top-notch service delivery. Engage with guests and facilitate smooth check-ins and payments.

In this Front Desk role, you will manage guest reservations and provide information swiftly and accurately. Processing check-ins, check-outs, and payments while resolving any complaints efficiently is crucial. Additional clerical support and balance checks will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and secure all guest reservations promptly

• Facilitate the check-in and check-out process

• Process payment methods and manage pre-authorizations

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally

• Assist with various clerical tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• Must have valid work permit or Canadian Citizenship

• Strong customer service orientation

• Attention to detail in transaction processing

• Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently

• Experience with third-party booking systems a plus
