This position allows you to engage directly with customers while managing key administrative responsibilities in our service center. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer care in every interaction
• Ensure effective administration for daily operations
• Partner with insurers to provide optimal value
• Clean and manage vehicle maintenance tasks
• Shuttle vehicles to repair locations as needed
Requirements:
• Background in retail, hospitality, or related fields
• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
• Ability to work across multiple Belron locations
