This position connects customers and our workshop, ensuring every visit is positive. You will conduct vehicle walkarounds, schedule appointments, and communicate necessary services effectively. A background in customer service or automotive advising is beneficial, with a tech-savvy approach preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and perform vehicle walkarounds
• Schedule maintenance and service appointments effectively
• Navigate technical service communications with ease
• Advise customers on services with clarity and confidence
• Maintain continuous communication during the service
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service required
• Proficient with technology and digital tools
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Energetic and driven to exceed client expectations
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
