What You Bring

  • Full fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • A minimum of 1 year of banking or financial experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with collections software and general computer applications

Work Schedule

  • The call centre operates:
    Monday to Friday: 9am-9pm and Saturday: 10am-7pm
  • You'll work rotating shifts, five days per week, as part of a dedicated, collaborative team.

Pay Rate - $23/hr

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contacting customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on outstanding balances
  • Communicating confidently in both French and English with customers and internal teams
  • Negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Updating customer records with accurate and detailed account notes
