Become part of our enthusiastic Customer Service Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, where you will utilize your French and English communication skills effectively to assist our customers.
In this position, you will handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from order processing to supply management. The role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction in a pharmaceutical setting. You will work with dynamic team members and contribute to improving our processes while managing diverse inquiries and non-conformances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process both manual and EDI orders
• Address supply issues with thorough customer communication
• Follow up on inquiries, preparing reports as needed
• Maintain professionalism in all internal and external communication
• Participate in training and audits regularly
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory
• Three years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and adaptability
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
