Access Communications, a community owned co-operative, is seeking a motivated individual to deliver exceptional customer service. This Tier 1 role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries about TV, Internet, Phone, and Security services. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies will shine as you provide support during daytime shifts from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and in retail

• Assist in selecting packaging options for customers

• Book technician visits as needed

• Educate customers on products, including NexTV boxes

• Adapt to evolving processes and technologies effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education

• Clear Criminal Record Check

• Call Centre experience is an asset

• Strong customer service skills and empathy

• Ability to respond to constructive feedback
