Overview

Responsibilities- Manage inbound communication through calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve issues efficiently to enhance patient satisfaction
- Coordinate queues and provide information on healthcare services
- Handle crisis situations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic support team
- Support Teladoc Health s mission by utilizing bilingual skills and exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Bilingual in English and French
- Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to adapt to current processes quickly
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
