Be the face of customer service as an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor. Leverage your skills in diagnosing vehicle issues and enhancing the customer travel journey in an engaging environment.
As a Service Advisor, your role focuses on establishing and nurturing customer relationships while addressing their service needs. You’ll be responsible for communicating effectively regarding repairs and ensuring each customer is informed throughout their entire experience with the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries
• Document customer vehicle concerns for repairs
• Clarify recommended services and associated costs
• Empower technicians to address repair needs effectively
• Review invoices and completed work with customers
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred
• Strong customer service abilities and communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive service processes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Engage with customers to elevate their service experiences while aligning with dealership standards and expectations.
