Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members confidently during arrival and departure
• Respond swiftly to member inquiries and needs
• Deliver effective communication on fitness products and promotions
• Maintain club cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
• Ensure accurate payment processing and clarity in transactions
Requirements:
• 18 years or older;
High School Diploma required
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience preferred
• Initiative and comfort with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds
