Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the community on postal services
• Sell and promote postal products to customers
• Administer daily post office operations
• Manage postal revenue and assets effectively
• Supervise staff; train and assess performance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Retail/service experience with cash transactions
• Knowledge of postal regulations and procedures
• Physically fit to handle mail containers up to 50 lb
