Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound customer calls related to services
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Take ownership of service issues until resolution
• Utilize computer applications to assist customers
• Record interactions meticulously for follow-up
Requirements:
• At least 6 months experience in customer service
• Eligible to work in Canada and from home
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems
