Become a vital part of EQ Bank's team as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, delivering outstanding support while troubleshooting customer inquiries in both French and English.
This role is crucial within the Customer Contact Centre, where you will engage with customers, ascertain their needs, and provide effective solutions. You’ll manage a variety of inbound calls and chats, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining EQ Bank’s core values. Collaboration with teams across Digital Operations and IT will also enhance overall customer experience and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored banking advice and information to customers
• Manage high volumes of calls and chats seamlessly
• Resolve onboarding issues and update stakeholders promptly
• Strive for first-contact resolution in addressing inquiries
• Follow established regulations and ethical conduct
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
• At least 1 year in the banking/finance sector
• Degree in hospitality, finance, or related fields preferred
• Bi-lingual in English and French (spoken/written)
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills
