As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll embody our mission to be North America's finest affordable luxury fitness brand. This position is designed for individuals who excel at multi-tasking and delivering superior customer engagement. You'll be involved in both resolving member issues and promoting club offerings for an unparalleled experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve member issues and escalate as needed
• Provide outstanding service in our café and pro-shop
• Complete cleaning schedules for safety
• Keep informed on services and recommend to members
• Process sales transactions with accuracy
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in related fields
• Certification in CPR & First Aid required
