Drive customer value as a Customer Success Manager at Goodstack, focusing on enterprise clients across North America. Ensure client success and growth through strategic engagement and proactive management.
In this role, you will oversee the post-launch phase, enhancing customer adoption and engagement while managing operational requests seamlessly. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent value, improve contract terms, and identify expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer account management after go-live
• Ensure product engagement and positive outcomes for clients
• Coordinate service delivery and handle escalations
• Manage renewals with focus on alignment and negotiation
• Identify upsell growth opportunities linked to customer success
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
• Proven track record in managing enterprise renewals
• Skills in dealing with complex customer scenarios
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to travel within North America and to London
