Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle walkarounds and build rapport with guests

• Schedule service and repair appointments accurately

• Communicate service needs effectively to customers

• Document all communications and service updates

• Review work orders and guarantee guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Customer service or sales experience required

• Experience in automotive advising is a plus

• Tech-savvy with CRM and DMS knowledge

• Ability to maintain detail under pressure

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
