Customer Service Supervisor

Position: Customer Service Supervisor at City
Lead a customer service team with the City of Saskatoon as a full-time Supervisor. Oversee administrative tasks while ensuring excellence in service delivery across civic departments.

This 18-month temporary position supports Building Standards, Community Standards, and Planning and Development. Under the supervision of the Business Manager, you'll coordinate customer inquiries and administrative tasks. Your leadership will facilitate efficient operations and address various permits and license processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and manage workflow of customer service tasks

• Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries and complaints

• Oversee filing and management of administrative records

• Conduct training and performance appraisals for staff

• Enhance customer service procedures for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education and business college graduation

• Five years of customer service experience; two in a supervisory role

• Typing speed of at least 55 w.p.m.

• Knowledge of building and construction processes is an asset

• Current Criminal Record Check needed upon employment
