• Demonstrate mastery of Tesla products and features
• Collaborate on delivery day logistics with various teams
• Update and manage CRM with accurate delivery data
Requirements:
• Proven ability in customer engagement and support
• Knowledge of electric vehicle industry practices
• Experience in delivery coordination or logistics
