Germain Hotels seeks a dedicated Guest Services Agent to enhance guest experiences. In this full-time role, you'll check in and out guests, address requests creatively, and resolve concerns proactively. You'll work collaboratively with various departments to provide superior service, ensuring visitors enjoy memorable stays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Respond creatively to guest requests and needs
• Resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with departments for exceptional service
• Maintain accurate guest documentation and information
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality required
• Minimum of 1 year in a guest services role
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Positive customer service orientation required
• Experience with OPERA PMS is an asset
