Overview

Executive Aviation is hiring Customer Service Agents at the Saskatoon Airport (YXE). This role reports directly to a Shift Lead who supports the team. We offer a starting wage of $18.15 per hour and flight benefits with the airlines we support. Professional growth opportunities are available.

• Help passengers check‑in
• Support self‑serve kiosks
• Prepare aircraft for on‑time departures
• Facilitate deplaning and boarding of passengers
• Greet passengers arriving from flights
• Follow airline‑specific check‑in policies and procedures
• Work positively with airline crew
• Lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) consistently
• Perform light grooming duties
• Enforce airline and airport policies and procedures to passengers
• Other duties as needed

• Minimum two years of customer‑facing experience
• Proven punctuality and reliability in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills under time pressures
• Excellent communication in individual and group settings; proficiency with computers and software
• Completion or working toward a Travel and Tourism Diploma, Marketing or Business Diploma
• Previous airport experience considered an asset
• Flexible availability to work shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays

• Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada
• Criminal background check
