Utilizing your customer-facing skills and previous experience, you will empower our clients and their families by providing thorough, compassionate service. Collaboration with all team members is crucial to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage warmly with clients and caregivers on-site
• Prioritize and respond to calls and emails efficiently
• Oversee client order administration alongside service teams
• Handle payment transactions and manage billings
• Ensure accurate follow-up on client records and paperwork
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and database skills
• Friendly, empathetic communication style
• Must maintain a clean criminal record
• Interest in mobility aids and healthcare solutions
