Days Inn & Suites Warman is currently recruiting for a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate must have open availability for all shifts including weekends and holidays and be able to accommodate a versatile schedule.

• Provide exemplary service to our customers by responding to requests promptly throughout their stay.
• Handle guest accounts, cash handling, answer incoming phone calls, process reservations, cancellations and modification requests.
• Process group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations.
• Process guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, and display a high level of professionalism. Although previous hotel experience is not required, hotel experience will weigh heavily on the selection of the successful applicant.
