Join Days Inn & Suites Warman as a Guest Service Agent, where you will provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. This role requires open availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and can handle various tasks such as making reservations and processing payments. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory, giving a range of candidates the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to guest requests throughout their stay

• Handle guest accounts, including reservations and cancellations

• Process group arrivals and departures efficiently

• Calculate charges and receive payments accurately

• Balance cash and complete necessary forms

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service preferred

• Availability for all shifts, including weekends

• Professional demeanor and quality service delivery

• Ability to commute or relocate to Warman, SK

• Engage in excellent communication with guests
