Join Spellbook as a Customer Success Manager to champion mid-market and enterprise client success in SaaS. Build relationships, deliver insights, and ensure seamless platform adoption for valuable outcomes.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, leveraging your SaaS expertise to drive customer success. Lead onboarding initiatives, conduct quarterly business reviews, and articulate the ROI of our solutions to promote long-term satisfaction. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Spellbook’s platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main contact for enterprise accounts
• Lead onboarding and customer training sessions
• Share insights through regular business reviews
• Analyze usage data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with support to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer success or account management
• Strong sales acumen with objection-handling skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Familiarity with legal tech or AI tools is a plus
