With a minimum of two years of customer-facing experience, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service. During your shift, which spans either 7 am to 3 pm or 1 pm to 9 pm, you will handle paperwork, maintain detailed notes, and assist customers at the vending machine. Flexibility and dedication are key in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate impressive customer pick-up experiences

• Maintain accurate customer paperwork in tracking systems

• Respond to customer questions regarding the vending machine

• Ensure compliance with Carvana’s driving policies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong ability to handle physical tasks and weight

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Required to secure local Notary and Vehicle Verifier licenses
