As a recurring relief Parking Compliance Officer, you will take responsibility for issuing citations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining parking equipment in various locations like McEown Park and Innovation Place. You'll play a key role in educating the community about parking regulations while ensuring smooth operations during large campus events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue parking tickets for violations

• Investigate dispatch calls about parking complaints

• Maintain electronic pay equipment and assist customers

• Perform parkade maintenance and clean parking lots

• Supervise towing of improperly parked vehicles

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Criminal record check required

• Experience with technical or mechanical equipment preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills
