Location: Martensville
Become part of the Hidden Valley Ski Resort team in Cypress Hills as a full-time Ticket Sales/Admin.
Your role focuses on ticket operations, guest service, and coordination of snow school bookings.
As a crucial front-line staff member, you'll enhance guest experiences at Hidden Valley Ski Resort. The responsibilities include managing ticket sales, handling guest inquiries, and providing administrative support across departments. A high school diploma and First Aid certifications are required, ensuring preparedness to assist both guests and teammates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ticket and season pass sales smoothly
• Assist with guest inquiries and resolve complaints
• Coordinate Snow School bookings efficiently
• Operate cash register and point-of-sales system
• Handle daily administrative tasks across departments
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Current Intermediate Standard First Aid and CPR Level “C”/AED certificates
• Customer service experience and computer literacy
• Knowledge of ski resort facilities and services
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
