In this operations-focused role, you will engage with DEB CA customers as their main point of contact for service inquiries. Your responsibilities include managing the entire service life cycle, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction through quality measures. You'll also have opportunities to promote electronic billing, making a direct impact on operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key contact for customer lifecycle management

• Ensure timely resolution of service inquiries

• Address billing and payment questions effectively

• Advocate for electronic billing among DEB CA customers

• Follow up to ensure issues have been addressed satisfactorily

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in French and English

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service

• Proven communication and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
