Become a Service Advisor at Tisdale's Sales and Service Ltd, where customer service meets automotive expertise. Assist customers and ensure seamless service delivery every day.
As part of our locally owned Ford dealership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts and customer inquiries. Your mechanical knowledge will help you accurately explain service needs. You will also manage schedules, prepare orders, and handle transactions, all while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers promptly and engage with them professionally
• Coordinate service appointments with mechanics
• Clearly articulate necessary repairs and services
• Prepare, issue, and manage invoices and repair orders
• Handle POS transactions accurately and effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in dealership or similar fast-paced environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude or experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions
• Valid driver's license required for the position
