We’re looking for a compassionate, calm, and dependable individual to join our team at Astro Towing as aCustomer Support Agent, with the opportunity to grow into a Dispatcher role over time. No towing or dispatch experience? No problem — we provide full training to help you build your skills and confidence.
About the Role As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line when someone needs help. You’ll gather information, offer support, and make sure the right assistance gets to the right place.
You’ll also help oversee the administrative and customer service functions of our vehicle compound, serving as a key point of contact for customers visiting in person. This includes assisting at the front counter, coordinating vehicle access, and ensuring documentation is handled in accordance with legislation and company policy.
With experience and training, you’ll have the opportunity to take on Dispatcher responsibilities, coordinating field teams and helping keep operations running smoothly.
This is a 24/7 shift-based role, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing Answering calls for towing, hauling, and roadside assistance
Gathering and entering key information accurately
Providing reassurance and support to customers
Assisting customers at the compound front counter
Coordinating vehicle access, releases, and documentation
Supporting the administrative and customer service functions of the compound
Coordinating service calls and dispatching operators (once trained)
Communicating with drivers and customers to keep services running smoothly
An acceptable criminal record check is required.
