In this permanent full-time role, your responsibility will be to bridge the gap between customers and the service team. You will manage service appointments and communicate vehicle maintenance requirements effectively, fostering trust and satisfaction among customers and ensuring a seamless operation for technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and conduct detailed vehicle inspections
• Efficiently arrange service and maintenance appointments
• Communicate service needs clearly to customers
• Confidently advise on necessary services
• Update customers on the status of their vehicle services
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive service advising is advantageous
• Strong customer service background
• Proficient with tech tools like CRM and DMS
• Great organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
