Lead guest services at SIGA as a Customer Service Supervisor. Oversee department staff and enhance the experience of casino guests through strategic supervision and operational excellence.

In this pivotal role, you'll monitor Guest Services department responsibilities including shuttle services, coat check, and Players Club initiatives. By supporting Regional Marketing Managers and managing scheduling issues, you'll streamline operations while ensuring a top-tier customer experience. You will conduct administrative duties, oversee inventory, and guide performance management for enhanced service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and activities in Guest Services

• Oversee shuttle services, coat check, and marketing needs

• Assist with promotions and on-site entertainment events

• Manage reporting and department inventory control

• Participate in customer service initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• One-year certificate in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum one year in customer service roles

• Experience supervising personnel in hospitality

• Ability to maintain Gaming Employee Certificate

• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
