As a Reservation Agent, you will engage with guests to manage their reservations, ensuring they receive all the information they need about their stay. You’ll be responsible for creating and modifying reservations, responding promptly to inquiries, and promoting the hotel's services. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain accurate records and provide a satisfying booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming reservation requests through various channels

• Modify and cancel reservations as per guest requests

• Provide comprehensive details on packages and amenities

• Confirm and input guest information accurately

• Assist with payments and special requests efficiently

Requirements:
