In this role, you will greet and assist museum guests while providing insights into exhibitions and the Art & Design Store. Key responsibilities include operating ticketing systems and leading engaging tours, all while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your knowledge and passion for the arts will help create memorable experiences for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and provide assistance to museum guests
• Operate cash handling and ticketing systems
• Lead tours, adapting to diverse audience needs
• Ensure the retail environment is organized and inviting
• Handle inquiries for museums' programs and events
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 education; arts/tourism qualifications are an asset
• Minimum one year experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills across various topics
• Familiarity with arts and tourism industries
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and AED (training included)
