Be part of an engaging team as a Customer Service Representative at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s in Saskatoon. Provide top-notch service to customers while managing their orders and inquiries.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this part time role requires delivering quality service within an inbound customer service center. Candidates with a knack for resolving issues and exceeding expectations will thrive. Knowledge of outdoor products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage customers enthusiastically
• Utilize POS and SAP systems for transactions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
• Assist with store opening and closing tasks
• Follow asset protection policies diligently
Requirements:
• One or more years in a customer service role
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to exceed customer expectations
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset
• Good judgment and logical decision-making skills
