Drive customer satisfaction in the Retention Customer Service Role at Saskatchewan Blue Cross. This full-time position allows for hybrid flexibility and is based in Saskatoon or Regina.
The role within the Individual Sales department centers on building enduring relationships with members. You will manage phone communications, analyze member needs, and implement strategies to ensure high retention rates. Your expertise will be critical in navigating member inquiries and upselling options, enhancing their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a set number of daily member calls
• Offer solutions based on member needs
• Promote additional coverage and benefits
• Maintain accurate records and communications
• Provide timely responses to service challenges
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance or service
• Completion of a diploma or certificate program
• Strong experience with retention over the phone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools
• Obtain provincial Accident & Sickness license within 6 months
