Position: Receptionist for Dermapure Clinics
Become the face of Dermapure and enhance customer experiences as a Receptionist. Provide outstanding service while managing client appointments in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry.

Dermapure is seeking a dedicated Receptionist with a passion for aesthetics and client care. You will greet clients, manage appointments, and maintain customer files to ensure a seamless experience. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will support our commitment to high-quality, non-invasive treatments across our clinics in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service

• Create and update client files for each appointment

• Manage appointment calendar and schedule bookings

• Prepare files for next-day client visits

• Maintain reception and boutique areas in top condition

Requirements:

• High school diploma required, office training a plus

• Minimum two years in a similar role

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously

• Effective teamwork and communication skills
