• Welcome passengers on board and assist them with seating arrangements.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight.

• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance when needed.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin area throughout the journey.

• Ensure passenger satisfaction and resolve any issues with empathy and professionalism.

• Minimum educational qualification:
  High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain calm and resourceful in challenging situations.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

• Training will be provided to all selected candidates.
