This position serves customers while organizing documents, communicating across departments, and providing information about auxiliary services. You will use computers, enter data accurately, and learn new technology and software. The work also includes processing successful bidder payments and supporting safety responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries during sale-day activities
- Process payments from successful bidders
- Organize keys and file documents by internal coding systems
- Upload documents to the web after each sale
- Provide auxiliary service information and superior customer service
- Previous in-person customer service experience
- Computer experience and ability to learn new software
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
- Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality
- Ability to maintain positivity in high-pressure situations
