Princess Auto Cashiers deliver Royal Service through accurate transactions and thoughtful customer interactions at checkout and the customer service desk.
As a Cashier, you help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience. You are often the first or last customer contact, processing transactions, answering inquiries, and maintaining the store front. Basic math, attention to detail, diplomacy, and tact support dependable service.
Key Responsibilities:- Process transactions at checkout and the customer service desk
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Keep the front of the store tidy
- Balance your cash drawer at shift end
- Create a fun, safe, unique shopping experience
- Genuine care for customers’ shopping experience
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Diplomatic, tactful approach to customer interactions
- Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
