Become a pivotal part of dental health with Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc. as a full-time Dental Assistant. This role supports First Nations communities through the school-based dental program for ten months each year.

In this temporary full-time position, you will be accountable for providing essential dental assistance while working closely with First Nations clients. A successful candidate will possess a registered license with the Saskatchewan Dental Assistant Association and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of professional standards. Moreover, understanding First Nations culture and healthcare issues is crucial for meeting clients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in school-based dental programs for children

• Maintain professional registration and adhere to conduct codes

• Manage sensitive documents with professionalism

• Collaborate using Microsoft Teams and Web Ex

• Offer flexible support to meet organizational needs

Requirements:

• Registered with Saskatchewan Dental Assistant Association

• Experience working with First Nations communities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software

• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan driver’s license

• Ability to work independently with high adaptability
