Are you a Dental Assistant who loves building relationships, educating patients, and helping them say “YES” to the dentistry they need?
We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and highly organized Treatment Coordinator who can create an exceptional patient experience while helping our doctors achieve outstanding treatment acceptance.
You’ll Excel If You:- Are a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Communicate with confidence and compassion
- Build trust quickly with patients
- Love educating rather than “selling”

- Enjoy following up and closing outstanding treatment plans
- Present treatment plans with confidence
- Help patients understand the value of their care
- Coordinate appointments and financial arrangements
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment
