Password is looking for a Product Designer with Figma expertise to lead secure and user-centered design initiatives. Engage in the complete design lifecycle for innovative digital experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating everything from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring alignment with product vision. Collaboration is essential as you work with product managers, engineers, and security specialists to translate complex requirements into effective designs. You will be actively involved in research, usability testing, and maintaining a comprehensive design system that advocates for accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design initiatives from initial concepts to detailed mockups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on elegant UI solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide designs
• Maintain a cohesive design system across multiple platforms
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of product design experience
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or comparable tools
• Strong design portfolio reflecting user-centered work
• Excellent capabilities for team communication
• Enthusiasm for security and privacy in digital design
