Location: North Battleford
Join PSI as a Medical Monitor and apply your expertise in Gastroenterology to oversee clinical trial safety from home in Canada. This full-time role emphasizes patient well-being and research excellence.
PSI needs a Canada Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to enhance its Medical Monitoring team. With a decade of experience in the field and a background in clinical research, you'll advise on medical inquiries, ensure participant safety, and manage trial risks effectively. Your pivotal role in managing audits, safety queries, and team training will facilitate successful trial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead medical input for safety-related trial questions
• Monitor ongoing safety and train clinical teams
• Review safety narratives and clinical reports
• Interact with regulatory authorities on key issues
• Engage in feasibility assessments for trials
Requirements:
• Medical Doctor degree required
• Canada Board Certification in Gastroenterology
• A minimum of 10 years in practice
• Preferred clinical research background
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
