This Staff Physician role requires Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics. You will be a vital part of the Interdisciplinary Team, ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care. Manage a defined panel of participants while promoting wellness and coordinating with specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care in multiple settings including homes and centers

• Manage a defined panel of elderly participants

• Promote wellness while preventing illness

• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members

• Conduct virtual consultations and skilled nursing facility visits

Requirements:

• Board-certified in relevant medical specialties

• Active CA medical license required

• Experience with electronic medical records preferred

• Current DEA license necessary

• Valid BLS certification following AHA or Red Cross
