Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you ready for clinical autonomy in a practice that values you? Our client in Saskatchewan runs a physician owned and managed, successful clinic practice and is now in an expansion phase that will allow more GP`s to join their existing team. They have collectively served the beautiful City of Saskatoon for more than thirty years. You will practise in patients’ best interests with a dependable, respectful team beside you.

They offer balanced hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - your evenings and weekends remain yours), two fully equipped exam rooms plus a private office from day one, on-site diagnostics (spirometry, ECG and Holter monitoring) and a pharmacy on site. Skilled administrators handle bookings, billing submission and collections so that your time goes where it should - towards patients.

Income and lifestyle

Our transparent, incentivised revenue split, combined with the ability to practise through a Canadian Professional Corporation, typically delivers take-home income that far exceeds UK GP pay. Incorporation allows efficient tax planning, dividends and retained earnings. Saskatoon’s costs are refreshingly sensible:
Housing and childcare are also significantly more cost-effective than in major UK cities and other Canadian provinces, commutes are short, and life feels spacious. Your money and your time go further. You can speak with the employer about projected up to date earnings for full time positions during a virtual interview

Why Saskatoon?

Set on the South Saskatchewan River, Saskatoon offers a mile-wide sky, four true seasons, and a thriving community spirit. The Meewasin river valley paths thread through the city for running, cycling and family walks. Schools are well regarded, extracurriculars are easy to access, and weekends can be as quiet or as busy as you like - farmers’ markets, independent cafés, numerous restaurants, the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra, live music, galleries and festivals sit alongside ice skating, skiing and summer paddle-boarding.

Flights connect easily to Toronto, Vancouver and other Canadian hubs, keeping wider travel straightforward.

Why this role stands out

You will enjoy real autonomy within a collegial, stable practice. We respect clinical judgement, keep things sensible, and provide the tools you need to work well:
Purpose-built rooms, reliable equipment, and a friendly, capable team. If you have special interests - women’s health, minor surgery, joint injections, chronic disease management or any other interests - we will help you build it into your practice. We also offer practical relocation assistance, introductions to community networks, and clear guidance on licensing and immigration.

Saskatchewan offers fast-tracked licensure and immigration for UK physicians, and we will walk beside you through each step. Work location is primarily in person, with some virtual care where appropriate.
