The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) – Saskatoon and University of Saskatchewan , Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases seek adult infectious diseases specialists to join their team on a locum term basis. The successful applicants will work in a multidisciplinary care environment.
The Division of Infectious Diseases in Saskatoon consists of six clinicians who specialize in adult infectious diseases and provide service delivery at the Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon City Hospital, and St Paul’s Hospital. Members are actively involved in the Saskatchewan Infectious Disease Care Network which provides HIV and Hep C support to marginalized neighbourhoods in Saskatoon and northern communities in Saskatchewan.
Members are also part of the Infection Prevention and Control team and the Antimicrobial Stewardship program. Local service needs also include HIV, chronic viral hepatitis, TB and transplant .

A young, vibrant and entrepreneurial demographic is energizing the city with exciting new things to see and do and is a short drive to the northern lake country. Saskatoon has more golf courses and restaurants per capita than anywhere in North America and is noted for its outstanding walking and biking trails along the riverbank.
