General Practitioner (GP) | Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada
- Location: Saskatoon, SK – modern facility near downtown in a high-demand area
- Start Date: Late August 2025

- Package: Earnings up to $400,000 CAD | Inherit a 4,000-patient roster | Incentivised fee split | Relocation support available
An established and highly regarded physician-owned clinic in Saskatoon is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join its team. The clinic has served the community for over 30 years and recently moved into a modern, purpose-built facility. This rare opportunity comes as two senior physicians relocate, allowing you to step into a full roster of approximately 4,000 patients from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to a broad demographic
- Manage chronic and acute conditions in a collaborative, well-supported clinic
- Participate in shared after-hours phone-only call rota (~46 days/year)
- Contribute to a warm, collegial team environment
- Licensed or eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)
- Qualified Family Physician with strong general practice skills
- Committed to long‑term, patient‑centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Up to $400,000 CAD per year (approx. £235,000)
- Incentivised fee split structure
- 6 weeks paid leave
- Optional minimum income guarantee while settling in
- Relocation and settlement support (negotiable)
- FHG model clinic in operation for over 30 years
- Newly built, modern facility with 14 consult rooms (2 per physician)
- On‑site services: pharmacy, ECG, spirometry, Holter monitoring
- EMR:
Med Access - 150+ patients/week per physician
- Fully booked physicians with 1–8 week wait times
- Orientation provided by experienced Clinic Director
