Superior-Greenstone FSL Educational Facilitator

Location: Martensville

Become a key player in advancing French education as a FSL Educational Facilitator at Superior-Greenstone District School Board. Focus on job-embedded learning and effective assessment practices in Grades 4-12.

This impactful role supports FSL teachers in implementing the CEFR across schools, enhancing oral language proficiency, and promoting engaging learning opportunities. You will collaborate with educators to foster instructional consistency and improve student language outcomes, ensuring alignment with the Ontario Core FSL Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with classroom educators

• Support professional learning and co-teaching

• Align assessment practices with CEFR standards

• Facilitate high-impact FSL instructional strategies

• Assist with planning cultural and experiential FSL programs

Requirements:

• FSL Part 3 Specialist qualification required

• At least 5 years of FSL teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of CEFR and Ontario Curriculum

• Experience in utilizing student assessment data

• Proven ability to support diverse learners
